Privacy Policy

As part of our dialogue I may collect and store the following information;

Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name, address and contact details)
Client financial information

How I get the personal information and why I have it;

The personal information I obtain is provided to me directly by you for one of the following reasons;

To take account of your current financial status - income & expenditure, assets and liabilities
To explore what financial wellbeing looks like and how this can be achieved

I may receive information directly from 3rd party sources, only when you have given your express consent for this to happen.

I will only use your personal information to help you to arrive at the goals and objectives that you have set.

I will not share your information with anyone unless;

You have given me consent. You may remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting me at sasha@sashaspeed.com
I have a contractual obligation
I have a legal obligation
I have a vital interest
I need it to perform a public task
I have a legitimate interest

How I store your information

Your information is securely stored, in digital format only, under password protection
I do not keep data for longer than I need to. I will keep personal date for 12 months after the end of our dialogue unless you have specifically requested otherwise.

Your data protection rights - under data protection law, you have rights including;

Your right of access - you have the right to ask me for copies of your personal information
Your right to rectification - you have the right to ask me to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask me to complete information you think is incomplete
You right to erasure - you have the right to ask me to erase your personal information in certain circumstances
Your right to data portability - you have the right to ask that I transfer the personal information you have given me to another organisation, or to you in certain circumstances
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, I have one month to respond to you. Please contact sasha@sashaspeed.com if you wish to make a request.
